Pro Series

Our Pro Series cutting boards:

Unlike our All Natural Series line of cutting boards our Pro Series are made with edge grain construction by turning the grain from its face to itsside and gluing up  thick strips of wood using FDA approved wood glue.  This surface is a harder surface and these are a very highly durable professional series of cutting board.

-Are made using the edge grain of ethically harvested North American Hard Maple (Rock Maple)

-Use All Natural Gum Tree Rubber feet, hand cut by us. NO PVC, ABS, or other synthetics

-Use only 300 series high grade stainless steel hardware.

-Use NO petrochemical based finishes.  We only supply natural finishes for our cutting boards

-Use only FDA approved wood glue that is made in the USA! (MSDS Available)

-All of our products are proudly Made in Canada!
